Parsec Aero Pro

The Parsec Aero Pro genuinely feels like a step forward for electric skateboards. Daniel set out to build a lightweight, premium-quality e-board that still rides like a traditional longboard, and that’s exactly what this is. At under 16 pounds, it’s portable enough to carry through a city, yet strong enough to support riders up to 250 pounds, something you rarely see in boards this light.

What stood out most was the attention to detail in every component. The Aero Pro runs on Molicel P45B batteries, which are safer, longer-lasting, and even perform well in extreme conditions. With two battery options, you can get either 13+ miles or more than 30 miles on a single charge, and recharging can be as fast as 30 minutes with a quick charger. That alone makes it commuter-friendly in a way few boards are.

Instead of going with traditional belt or gear drives, Parsec developed its own EPIC Drivetrain. It reduces rolling resistance, almost eliminates the need for belt tension adjustments, and lets you replace a belt in seconds without tools. Combine that with a double-drop T800 carbon fiber deck for stability and lightness, aerospace-grade trucks for precision and strength, and a set of grippy 80mm wheels designed for carving, and you end up with something that really feels like a skater’s e-board, not just a motorized plank.

The Aero Pro isn’t for speed demons or people who want oversized, all-terrain setups. Instead, it’s for riders who value portability, maneuverability, and an authentic longboarding feel. It’s the kind of board you’d actually take on public transit, into a store, or around city streets daily without it being a burden.

What I loved most about the message behind the video is the idea that portability is the true strength of electric skateboards. The Aero Pro doesn’t try to compete with e-bikes or EUCs on raw power or off-road ability, it leans into what makes skateboards unique. It proves you can have a durable, dependable, everyday commuter board without the bulk.

Overall, the Aero Pro feels like more than just another e-board release. It feels like a call to bring skateboarding back into the spotlight of personal electric vehicles by focusing on what makes the form factor special.
